Alicia Farrant is a courageous leader and mother of 5, who has lived a life of public service. Since 2022 she has served as the elected District 3 School Board Member for Orange County Public Schools, with a passion to protect children and restore trust in our public school system. She has championed a return to classical, common-sense education not only in Orange County but in the State of Florida. Her efforts have been recognized by local families, Local & State law makers, Governor Desantis, and many others.

She has stood courageously when the innocence of our children and youth was in jeopardy. She has fought hard to ensure every student has access to a high quality education, and has partnered with local groups who are tackling the national literacy crisis head on. She is the leader we need to fight for our children and communities.

As the Chair of the Orange County School Board, Alicia will continue to champion a classical, common sense education, advocate for Parental Rights, and foster a sense of unity among a culturally diverse community. She will continue to lead with integrity and a commitment to excellence. Alicia Farrant’s courageous leadership is what Orange County Public Schools will need for a thriving future.
